A recent study from the National Statistics Council reported that 37% of employee time is spent in meetings and 47% of employees consider too many meetings to be the biggest waste of time, more than social media or email!

Isn’t it a shame that most of us have come to accept that the activity which is most central to running our organizations is so inherently painful and unproductive? Meetings are critical to forging relationships, creating ideas, and making the decisions that drive business.
