Whether you are planning a local seminar/meeting or a regional/national conference, the Overall Audio Visual & Production is critical – and depending on the goals and objectives of the program, it can play the most important role in the planning, and ultimately the outcome.
This session will explore three conversations about your next event, trade show, convention or conference: Contracts, Curtains, and Content.
Contracts:
Do we have to use the in-house AV team?
How can we get around it?
What are my options?
Curtains:
How do we get bigger and better stage/event scenic without a bigger and better budget?
Content:
How do we more effectively engage the audience?
How do we ensure that the take-away message lives on with the attendees?
Join us for this important conversation.
