Katie Magoon is the Owner of People Solutions Center, a Human Resources Consulting firm in St. Louis. Her client projects span all aspects of the HR practice including workplace dynamics, talent acquisition, performance management, on-boarding, compensation and compliance. The combination of her HR background, and practical experience leading large teams in an operational setting, allows her to advise leaders on how to best leverage their greatest asset – their people!
Prior to starting People Solutions Center, Katie spent over 20 years in corporate human resources including a Fortune 200 company and extensive experience with non-profit organizations. During her 15 years at Progressive Insurance, Katie served as a Human Resources Manager, Recruiting Process Leader and Recruiting Director. Her experience includes leading a large team of remote Recruiters and Recruiting Managers to meet the business need of over 5,000 external hires per year in Claims and Contact Center roles.
With 15+ years of leadership experience, Katie has always had a remote team of employees. She is excited to share her experience and best practices with each of you!
