Program Title: What If We Were All A Bit More Civil?
Session Highlights:
It has become the norm for individuals to share strong opinions on everything from politics, to child care and personal presentations with anyone and everyone. This can put your staff and managers in difficult and uncomfortable situations when a member, sponsor or service provider shares their opinions.
Practicing civil behavior establishes a safe and empathetic environment where individuals can contribute their best ideas, knowing they will be heard and valued.
Civility is more than making others feel comfortable; it's about creating a dynamic, diverse, and productive workplace where everyone can thrive.
This facilitated discussion will help attendees learn to address the opinions of the members, their co-workers and sponsors/vendors that we deal with on a weekly basis and provide tools for success going forward.
This program is appropriate for all staff levels.
