Matt Jessee was a founding member of Bryan Cave Strategies and focuses his practice in the area of government policy, analyzing complex legislative and regulatory issues, formulating strategies for government and public relations on a range of matters including tax, trade, financial services, energy and healthcare issues.
Mr. Jessee's primary expertise is in federal legislative policy and procedure, having served as both Legislative Assistant and Leadership Assistant to former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA). Following his service in the House of Representatives, Mr. Jessee served on the finance staff of the Bush-Cheney '04 campaign. He splits his time between the Washington and St. Louis offices.

Jack Oliver founded Bryan Cave Strategies in 2005 and currently serves as Senior Policy Advisor. Oliver also serves as a Partner in Dock Square Capital, a Miami, FL-based merchant banking firm engaged in principal equity investments, growth equity partnerships and other strategic advisory services for a global network of entrepreneurs, families, sovereign entities, and institutional, strategic investors.
Prior to joining Oliver served as National Finance Vice-Chairman for Bush-Cheney ’04 and Victory 2004, Deputy Chairman of the Republican National Committee, and National Finance Director for then-Gov. George W. Bush’s 2000 presidential campaign. Before joining the Bush campaign in 1999, Oliver served in various political, financial and managerial roles in the campaign and congressional offices of Sen. John Ashcroft, Sen. John Danforth, Sen. Kit Bond, Congressman Jim Talent, Congressman Bill Emerson as well as the Missouri Republican Party.
